Michah (Micah) - Chapter 4:2

2And many nations shall go, and they shall say, "Come, let us go up to the Lord's mount and to the house of the God of Jacob, and let Him teach us of His ways, and we will go in His paths," for out of Zion shall the Torah come forth, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

Submission to the Head Council of Ephraim

When we speak about the “Head Council of the House of Ephraim,” we are referring to a council whose deepest desire is to come fully under the authority and guidance of a recognized Orthodox Jewish Beit Din or Sanhedrin. In all matters—especially those concerning Halachic decisions related to the Jewish people, Am Yisrael—the Head Council seeks to act with humility, submission, and respect toward the established Torah authority of Israel.

Like I (Ariel) was 'born' on the Har HaBayit so.......,

The Tefilah l’Shalom Medinat Yisra’el (“Prayer for the Welfare of the State of Israel”) was composed by Rabbi Yitsḥak haLevi Hertzog (1888-1959), edited by Shmuel Yosef (S.Y.) Agnon (1888-1970), and first published in the newspaper Ha-Tsofeh on 20 September 1948.

This prayer was instituted at the time by the Chief Rabbis of Israel, Rabbi Hertzog and Rabbi Ben Tsiyon Meir Ḥai Uziel. According to the custom of the Ashkenazic communities, the time for reciting the prayer was set between the end of the Torah reading and the haftara for the return of the Torah scroll to its place in the Holy Ark. In Sephardic communities, it is customary to recite the prayer at the time of the removal of the Torah scroll from the Holy Ark. (At this point in prayer, it was customary the prayer “Hanoten Tshuah”, blessing the ruler of the state and their immediate family.)

Because the State of Israel is referred to as “the beginning of the sprouting/growth of our redemption,” the prayer was not universally accepted. This expression, and the reservations about the state in general, are some of the reasons why non-Zionist and anti-Zionist Jews do not recite it in their synagogues. In fact, the recitation of this prayer and, to a lesser extent, the prayer for the safety of IDF soldiers, became one of the main differences between prayer in Ḥaredi synagogues and prayers in National Religious Zionist synagogues in Israel and in the Diaspora.

Jewish History

The 3rd of Cheshvan is the yahrtzeit (anniversary of the passing) of the famed Chassidic master Rabbi Israel of Ruzhin (1797-1850), known as "The Holy Ruzhiner."

Rabbi Israel was a great-grandson of Rabbi DovBer of Mezeritch; a close friendship existed between the Ruzhiner Rebbe and the 3rd Chabad Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Lubavitch.

Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, a leader of Sephardic Jewry and chief rabbi of Israel, passed away on 3 Cheshvan, 5774 (2013), at the age of 93.

A widely published author on Jewish law, Rabbi Yosef was considered by scholars of all backgrounds to be a rabbinical authority with a rare grasp of nearly every area of Torah scholarship. He was known for his encyclopedic knowledge of a wide swath of halachic texts, ranging from the well-known to the most obscure. In his halachic rulings, he would often list dozens of previous rulings and then decide in accordance with what he perceived to be the majority opinion.

Daily Thought

Our world is a world where a rainbow could be.

At first, there was a world that only received and returned no dividends. Its inhabitants took no ownership. They lived with their Creator’s benevolence, they did what they did with no need for excuses, and eventually died as they died. And that was it.

With the Flood, this world was recreated. The earth was cleansed, the atmosphere purified. It became a world that could take the sunshine that poured in from above and refract it into many colors.

It became a world where a created being could be born, take the soul, body, share of the world and all the sustenance its Maker gave to it, use that, do something with that—and then return it, saying, “See what I have done with that which You gave me!”

And so, G‑d vowed to never destroy the world again. For, if the inhabitants would go wrong, they might always turn around and clean up their own mess.

Bar Mitzvah

Bar mitzvah is Hebrew for “son of commandment.” When a Jewish boy turns 13, he has all the rights and obligations of a Jewish adult, including the commandments of the Torah. From that date, he will wear tefillin on a daily basis, participate in synagogue services and take his place in the Jewish community. This milestone—called a bar mitzvah—is often celebrated with a ceremony in synagogue, tefillin wearing, and parties. The celebrant may be called to the Torah, lead services, deliver a speech or otherwise demonstrate his newfound status.

Book Prayer, Chapter 20, Halakha 5

05 - The Connection of Birkat Kohanim to the Amidah and the Korbanot

During the time of the Temple, the Kohanim would recite the Priestly Blessing after the conclusion of the Korbanot service. The Torah writes this in reference to the eighth day of the dedication of the Tabernacle, the day the Kohanim began performing their service there. "Aharon lifted his hands toward the people and blessed them. He then descended from [the altar where he] had performed the sin offering, the burnt offering, and the peace offering" (Leviticus 9:22). From here we learn that the people were blessed at the conclusion of the sacrificial offerings. The reason for this is that after offering the sacrifices, which express our readiness to surrender ourselves and sacrifice our souls to Hashem, we are worthy of receiving His blessing.

Outside the Temple, the Chachamim established that Birkat Kohanim would be recited during the prayer service, since prayer replaced the Korbanot . There is a similarity between the Korbanot and prayer, for in both, one's yearning for Divine closeness is expressed. Just like the Kohanim recited the blessing after the Korbanot , so it was established that towards the end of the Shemoneh Esrei the Kohanim bless the nation.

In order to greatly emphasize the relevance of Birkat Kohanim to the conclusion of the sacrificial offerings, the Chachamim established that the Kohanim are obligated to start walking in the direction of the duchan at the time of Birkat Retzeh , for that is the berachah that discusses the return of the sacrificial offerings. Any Kohen who does not head toward the duchan ("lift his feet") at the time of Birkat Retzeh loses the opportunity to fulfill the mitzvah and is prohibited from ascending to the duchan during that Amidah ( Shulchan Aruch 128:8). L'chatchilah , the Kohen should lift his feet in the beginning of Birkat Retzeh . However, as long as the chazan did not reach the end of the berachah , the Kohen is still permitted to ascend towards the duchan ( Mishnah Berurah 128:25).

A Kohen who arrives late and realizes that he will not complete the washing of his hands before the conclusion ofBirkat Retzeh is advised to take a small step in the direction of the shower while still standing at the sink. With this step he is considered to have started to walk towards the duchan during Birkat Retzeh . When he finishes his washing, he continues to walk to the duchan to bless the people (see Mishnah Berurah 128:27, 28; Sha'ar HaTziyun 30; Sefer Nesiat Kapayim Kehilchatah 7:2, note 8).

Because Birkat Kohanim is connected to the Korbanot , the Chachamim teach that just as the time to bring sacrificial offerings was specifically during the day, so too, Birkat Kohanim is recited during the day. Therefore, the Kohanim do not bless the nation during Ma'ariv. Although presumably there is reason to recite Birkat Kohanim during Minchah , the Chachamim decided against this since the time of the Minchah prayer is usually after a meal, and there is concern that a Kohen who drank wine at his meal will subsequently ascend the duchan to bless the people and desecrate the berachah . It is forbidden for a Kohen who is drunk to work in the Temple, and he is prohibited from blessing the people ( Shulchan Aruch 128:38). However, in Ne'ilah , and during Minchah of public fast days, the blessing is recited. Since the Kohanim are fasting, there is no concern of intoxication ( Shulchan Aruch 129:1). This is on condition that the Minchah of a fast day is prayed after plag haminchah (a proportional hour and a quarter before sunset), but when Minchah of a fast day is recited before plag haminchah , the Kohanim do not bless the people. Contact me, Ariel your Representee, Representee of Ephraim and adviser (not a rabbi but friendly adviser) of Bet Yisrael international on the Har HaBayit: WhatsApp +972 54-568-3031, For all your questions about Beit Yisrael International. We can talk about it, come let's make an appointment.

Please give? They are in need desired the do everything for to be recognized as 'one of us'!

Out of a deep love for the Lost Sheep of the House of Yisrael, I continue to pray and work from Tzion for the restoration, strengthening, and unity of those who sincerely desire to return to their ancestral roots and to the people of Israel. My own journey has been one of return. Born from an Anusim background, I have walked the path of teshuvah for more than forty years and, approximately thirty years ago, began living fully as an Orthodox Jew according to Jewish law, with formative steps taken in Eretz Yisrael. The words of Tehillim 87:6 have remained especially meaningful to me: “The Lord will count when He registers the peoples: ‘This one was born there.’” Rashi explains this verse as pointing toward a future time when those of Israel who became assimilated among the nations, including those who were compelled to abandon Judaism, will be recognized by HaShem and gathered from among the peoples. This vision has become deeply connected with my personal calling.

Today is that 'future time' where Rashi is speaking about. Today HaShem is answering them from out of Tzyion........

Who is 'calling' from Tzyion,

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) - Chapter 55

יין וחלב.  לקח טוב מיין וחלב:

Together with my dear friend Gaddi Efrayim in India, I have dedicated myself to reaching those among the Lost Tribes and Lost Sheep of the House of Israel who possess an intense desire to return, to unite with Yehudah and Am Yisrael, and to pursue that journey responsibly under recognized rabbinical authority. In 2014, Gaddi invited me to India, where I was introduced to communities and individuals who identify with the heritage of the Lost Tribes of Israel and who were seeking a meaningful path back toward Torah and the Jewish people. From this shared vision, Beit Yisrael International was established as an organization devoted to Torah education, spiritual guidance, community development, and the responsible strengthening of those seeking connection with Israel. Our desire is that every process involving Jewish status or conversion be approached properly, transparently, and in accordance with Halakhah and recognized rabbinical supervision.

At present, I am also engaged in efforts in Israel to explore appropriate pathways through which sincere candidates connected with Beit Yisrael International may complete the necessary stages of their Jewish journey in Israel under qualified and recognized rabbinical authority. Our prayer is to see those who genuinely seek Torah and identification with Am Yisrael guided with wisdom, dignity, patience, and respect for the established institutions of the Jewish people. We seek to build bridges of understanding and cooperation while remaining committed to Torah, Jewish authority, and the unity of Israel.

International Donations and Global Mission Support

I humbly invite those who share this vision to support the continuing mission of Beit Yisrael International. Your generosity helps us nurture and educate individuals and communities who sincerely seek to reconnect with their Israelite and Jewish roots, while encouraging unity with Am Yisrael and respect for the Torah and the divinely entrusted leadership of Yehudah. We pray that this sacred work will contribute, in its own measure, toward greater unity among the people of Israel and toward the ultimate redemption under the sovereignty of the One Creator.

Your financial support enables me to continue serving as Vice President and international representative of Beit Yisrael International, strengthening Torah education, community outreach, international relationships, and mission-related activities. Donations help support the development and maintenance of our educational websites, the production of live and recorded broadcasts from Har HaBayit, the purchase of essential media equipment such as cameras and microphones, and the expansion of Torah sessions conducted through video calls with communities associated with Beit Yisrael International throughout the world.

Our continuing online educational work includes:
